Groundnut picker exported to Italy for efficient peanut harvest processing
An agricultural client in Italy recently purchased a PTO-driven groundnut picker machine from our company for post-harvest pod picking operations.
The peanut picking machine is driven by a PTO tractor and has a processing capacity of over 500 kg/hour. It achieves a picking loss rate of no more than 1% and a breakage rate of less than 3%, efficiently separating peanut pods from vines and meeting the demands of continuous farm operations.

Customer procurement requirements
When selecting equipment, the customer wanted a peanut picker compatible with their existing tractor that also offered stable operation, high-quality picking performance, and ease of maintenance.
After fully understanding the customer’s operational requirements, we recommended this PTO-driven groundnut picker machine and provided a detailed overview of its specifications, working principles, and operation, ultimately finalizing the purchase plan.

Equipment packaging and transportation
Once the groundnut picker machine has successfully completed factory testing and received customer approval, we secure it for shipment using a specialized export-grade steel frame. This packaging method effectively stabilizes the machine, preventing shifting or impact damage during loading, unloading, and maritime transport.
Following packaging, the peanut picking machine is loaded into a container and shipped to Italy as scheduled. The entire transportation process adheres strictly to export standards to ensure the machine is delivered to the customer safely and in perfect condition.
