Colloid mill and hydraulic oil press exported to Congo
Recently, a colloid mill and a hydraulic oil press were exported to the Congo. These two pieces of equipment will be used to process cocoa beans into cocoa butter. Currently, the machines have already been successfully shipped to the Congo.
Understand customer needs
During communication with the customer, we learned that the raw material is cocoa beans. Unlike some conventional oil crops, cocoa beans should not be fed directly into the hydraulic oil press machine for oil extraction.
They need to be processed first to obtain fine cocoa liquor, which can then be pressed to separate the cocoa butter.
Our solution: Colloid mill & hydraulic oil press
Based on the customer’s raw material and processing requirements, the final solution combines an SLJMS-80 colloid mill with an SL-180 hydraulic oil press. The processing route for this project can be summarized as:
Cocoa beans → Colloid mill → Cocoa liquor → Hydraulic oil press → Cocoa butter + press cake

Equipment production and shipment
After confirming the equipment configuration, the colloid mill machine and hydraulic oil press were put into production according to the customer’s requirements.
Before shipment, both machines were inspected to ensure that the main components and functions met the specified standards. The equipment was then properly packed for international transportation and shipped to Congo for the customer’s cocoa processing project.
