100kg/h groundnut roaster machine exported to Tanzania

A Tanzanian customer recently purchased a 100kg/h groundnut roaster machine for commercial peanut processing. Before purchasing the machine, the customer mainly used a traditional manual pan to roast peanuts. This method was difficult to control during continuous production, especially when the demand for roasted peanuts increased.

The customer’s previous roasting process was mainly manual. Peanuts were roasted in a pan, requiring workers to stir and monitor the material throughout the process.

This created three practical problems:

• Low production capacity: Manual roasting was difficult to maintain at a high and consistent output.
• Uneven heating: Peanuts in different parts of the pan could receive different amounts of heat.
• Easy to burn: If the peanuts were not stirred or monitored in time, some parts could become over-roasted or burned.

These problems affected both production efficiency and the consistency of the roasted peanuts. For this reason, the customer decided to replace the manual roasting method with a mechanical peanut roasting machine.
