Work principle:

1. 供給
   • The cocoa pods are manually arranged evenly and positioned, and fed into the cutting area using fruit clamps.
2. Cocoa pod cutting
   • The cocoa pod cutting machine cuts the cocoa pods, acting only on the outer shell without damaging the cocoa beans.
3. Pod and bean separation
   • The mixture enters a cocoa bean & pod separator machine. Automatic separation is achieved using a rotating drum screening structure.
4. 排出
   • The separated cocoa beans and pods are discharged from different outlets.
