Almond slicer machine successfully exported to Pakistan

A customer in Pakistan is engaged in nut and food processing, with almonds as one of the raw materials in his business. As the demand for sliced ​​almonds increased, he wanted to replace manual processing with an almond slicer machine to improve processing efficiency and achieve more consistent slice thickness.

After discussing his processing requirements, we recommended a machine with a capacity of 50–200 kg/h and adjustable slicing thickness of 0.3–2 mm.

The alomond slicer machine is powered by a 1.5 kW motor and runs at 100–700 rpm. The parts that directly contact almonds are made of 304 stainless steel, while other parts use 201 stainless steel. The machine measures 900 × 550 × 1500 mm and weighs about 200 kg.

Equipment production and shipment

After confirming the machine configuration and technical requirements, our factory started production. The almond slicer machine was assembled and tested before shipment. After inspection, it was securely packed and exported to Pakistan for the customer’s nut processing business.
