Recently, Taizy’s peanut chopping machine was successfully exported to Indonesia. Our mashine ya kukata karanga helped our Indonesian customer to process dried fruit shells efficiently.
Customer needs
The customer from Indonesia had the following requirements for the material he was processing and the finished product:
- Raw material: dried fruit shells
- Finished product: the first layer of 10 mesh (2mm) and the second layer of 20 mesh (0.85mm)
- Voltage: 380V 50Hz three-phase four-wire power supply
- Machine material: 304 stainless steel

According to the customer’s special needs, Taizy recommended our improved mashine ya kukata karanga. Not only can the machine accurately cut the dried fruit shells to the required size, but it is also equipped with two layers of screens to meet the cutting requirements of 2mm and 0.85mm respectively.
In addition, the hopper, sieve body and outer cover of the equipment are made of 304 stainless steel, which is in full compliance with the hygienic standard of food processing. Meanwhile, our machine supports 380V three-phase power supply with four wires to ensure stable operation of the equipment.
