TZ-260 sesame oil pressing machine exported to Mozambique
A sesame oil processing project in Mozambique recently led to the export of a TZ-260 sesame oil pressing machine. The customer had sesame available for processing and wanted to turn the raw material into oil locally. After discussing the expected processing volume, the customer finally chose the TZ-260 model
From sesame to oil: The customer’s plan
The customer’s idea was straightforward: process sesame locally and obtain sesame oil through mechanical pressing.
The customer did not ask for a large oil production line. Instead, the main concern was finding a press that could handle the planned sesame volume without creating an oversized setup.
After discussing the working capacity, we recommended the TZ-260 sesame oil pressing machine. Its rated capacity is about 60 kg/h. For sesame pressing, the expected oil production rate is around 43%–47%.
This made the machine a better match for the customer’s current processing plan than simply selecting a larger-capacity model.
SL-260 selected for the mozambique order
The selected sesame oil extraction machine uses hydraulic pressing, with an operating pressure of 55–60 MPa. At 60 MPa, the pressing force can reach approximately 250 tons.

Getting the machine ready for Mozambique
Once the configuration was confirmed, production began according to the agreed specifications. The TZ-260 sesame oil pressing machine weighs about 1,200 kg, so export packing was also an important part of preparing the order.
The packed machine measures approximately 1050 × 1100 × 1550 mm. After the machine was completed and packed, it was prepared for shipment to Mozambique.
A practical sesame oil solution
With the TZ-260 sesame oil pressing machine now shipped to Mozambique, the customer has a dedicated press for local sesame oil production. The sesame oil expeller machine will support the customer’s current processing needs, while the processing setup can be expanded later if production increases.
