Nigerian customer purchased a commercial peanut roaster

A small food processing entrepreneur in Nigeria purchased a commercial peanut roaster machine to start a roasted peanut business. The customer plans to roast and package peanuts for sale in the local market and needs a machine that can provide stable roasting while fitting the needs of a small-scale business.

Customer requirements for peanut roasting machine

The customer wanted a roasting machine with a capacity of around 100 kg/h. The customer preferred a commercial peanut roaster machine that could support both methods for more flexible operation.

Based on these requirements, we recommended a dual-heating peanut roasting machine with a 100 kg/h capacity.

Detailed information of groundnut roaster

The commercial machine uses electric and gas heating. The electric heating power is 22.5 kW, while gas consumption is about 2–3 kg/h. It is equipped with a 1.1 kW transmission motor and operates at 380V, 50Hz, three-phase electricity.

The roasting chamber is made of 304 stainless steel, while the outer body uses 201 stainless steel. The machine measures 2900 × 1400 × 1650 mm.

Production and shipment

After production and inspection, the commercial peanut roaster machine was prepared for shipment to Nigeria. To protect the equipment during long-distance transportation, we packed the machine in a wooden case before loading and shipping it to the customer.
