Project progress:
The TZ-150 hydraulic oil press has completed production, and the machine details have been confirmed with the customer. The equipment has since been packed and shipped to Colombia for cocoa mass processing.
Why did the Colombian Customer buy a hydraulic oil press?
The customer from Colombia purchased a TZ-150 hydraulic oil expeller machine to process cocoa mass and separate cocoa butter from cocoa solids.
Cocoa mass contains both cocoa butter and solid cocoa particles. Under hydraulic pressure, part of the cocoa butter can be extracted, leaving a solid cocoa press cake.
For this application, the customer needed equipment capable of providing controlled pressure and heating to support the cocoa butter extraction process.
TZ-150 hydraulic oil press for cocoa mass
Considering the customer’s target production volume was not high, we recommended the TZ-150 hydraulic oil press to the customer.
The TZ-150 hydraulic oil expeller machine features a heating system and a hydraulic pressing mechanism. Its heating temperature ranges from 70 to 90°C, while the working pressure reaches 55–60 MPa. It is well-suited for processing cocoa liquor.
Machine production, confirmation, and shipment
After the TZ-150 hydraulic oil expeller machine was manufactured, we sent photos of the finished machine to the Colombian customer for confirmation. This allowed the customer to check the equipment before shipment. After receiving the customer’s confirmation, we proceeded with export packing and shipped the machine to Colombia for cocoa mass processing.
