The customer is engaged in edible oil and agricultural product processing in Oman. To expand its product range, the customer planned to add sesame oil production to its existing business.
Sesame seeds were selected as the main raw material. Based on the customer’s required processing capacity and available power supply, a 120 kg/h sesame oil press was selected for the project.
Sesame oil press solution
After confirming the raw material, capacity, and electrical requirements, the customer purchased a hydraulic sesame oil press with a processing capacity of 120 kg/h.
The sesame oil pressing machine is designed to press sesame seeds under high pressure. Its heating system allows the pressing temperature to be controlled between 50–70°C, providing the customer with a controlled processing condition for sesame oil production.
Why does this machine fit customer’s needs?
The 120 kg/h capacity matches the customer’s plan to add sesame oil production without requiring a large industrial oil processing line.
The 220V / 50Hz single-phase configuration also matches the customer’s electrical requirement, making the machine suitable for the specified processing site.
During pressing, the hydraulic system provides a working pressure of 55–60 MPa, while the heating system operates at 50–70°C. These specifications are configured for the customer’s sesame pressing application.
