Peanut butter processing equipment exported to Ghana for peanut butter production
We recently completed a project involving the shipment of peanut butter processing equipment to Ghana. The order comprised a total of 24 machines: 6 peanut shellers, 6 peanut roasters, 6 peanut peelers, and 6 peanut butter grinders. This equipment will be used for the client’s commercial peanut butter production operations.
Understand customer’s production requirements
When the client first inquired, our customer was looking for an equipment supplier capable of providing a complete peanut butter processing solution, rather than just individual machines.
Following discussions and based on the client’s daily output requirements, we configured a system comprising the four key processing units needed for peanut butter production:

Customer order details
To increase overall production capacity, the customer ultimately decided to purchase six units of each type of peanut butter processing equipment, enabling the simultaneous operation of multiple processing units. The customer’s order list is as follows:

Equipment packaging and transportation
To ensure the safety of the equipment during long-distance ocean transport, all 24 units of peanut butter processing equipment have been packed in export-grade wooden crates. Once packed, they were loaded into containers for shipment to Ghana.
The wooden crates provide effective protection, minimizing impact and vibration during transit and ensuring the equipment is ready for installation and commissioning upon arrival.
