Successfully purchase groundnut chopper in Israel for various nuts cutting
Recently, our company has successfully cooperated with an Israeli customer and customized a high-efficiency groundnut chopper for them. The machine fully meets the customer’s strict requirements for nut cutting, including cutting size, screening accuracy and power configuration.
This cooperation not only shows our technical strength in the field of nut processing equipment, but also provides customers with efficient and accurate solutions.
Customer’s demand
The main requirement of the Israeli customer is to be able to cut a variety of nuts and ensure the accuracy of the cutting size. The customer specifically requested that the cutting sizes be divided into two sizes: 2-4 mm and 3-5 mm.
In addition, the customer emphasized the need for the machine to be able to adapt to a 380V, 50Hz three-phase electrical configuration in order to meet local power standards. These demands placed high technical requirements on the design and manufacture of the peanut chopping machine.
Equipment customization
In order to meet the customer’s cutting size requirements, our technical team has specially designed a three-layer sieve structure, with sieve holes of 2mm, 4mm and 5mm, which ensures that the cut nut particles are uniformly distributed within the ranges of 2-4mm and 3-5mm, which is fully in line with the customer’s needs.
Meanwhile, the screen body is made of high-strength stainless steel, which is not only durable, but also easy to clean and maintain, ensuring that the equipment stays efficient and stable over a long period of time.
In response to the customer’s request for 380V, 50Hz three-phase power configuration, our company has fully optimized the motor and control system of the equipment. The groundnut chopper adopts energy-efficient motors, which can run stably under the Israeli power environment and reduce energy consumption at the same time.
