Recently, a client from Brazil officially purchased our peanut sheller machine unit after visiting our factory. This peanut shelling machine will be used in a local peanut processing line, primarily performing the two key processes of stone removal and shelling.

Clarify requirements before visiting factory

During the communication before our customer visited the factory, the customer clearly stated his processing requirements. He hoped that the peanut shelling machine unit would meet the following criteria:

• The groundnut sheller machine must have the ability to remove stones and minimise peanut breakage.
• The shelling process must be stable and reliable, ensuring a high processing capacity while maintaining a low rate of peanut kernel breakage.

On-site factory visit

Upon arriving at our factory, the customer toured the equipment production workshop, assembly area, and machine display area, gaining a detailed understanding of the manufacturing process and structural layout of the equipment. Following the tour, we arranged a live demonstration of the peanut shelling machine unit.

During the demonstration, the peanut sheller machine operated smoothly, the stone removal effect was significant, and the shelling process was continuous and stable. The customer expressed great satisfaction with the performance of our groundnut shelling machine
